Forms for the filmmaker to obtain permission and keep for their own benefit are available in the Google folder. As a filmmaker you have been granted permission by the Actor/Location to consent and grant the Princeton Public School District, the Princeton Education Foundation, and the Walnut Lane Film Festival the royalty-free, irrevocable right and permission to use in perpetuity Talent's name, likeness, biography, and/or voice, either alone or accompanied by other material, in connection with the submitted film or any promotional or advertising relating thereto, in any manner and in any media, throughout the world, at any time, including for public relations, public information, student recognition or awards, student competitions entered into by the student, instruction, distribution or sales where the proceeds benefit the Princeton Public School District, the Princeton Education Foundation, or the Walnut Lane Film Festival. The Actor/Location waives all rights to inspect and approve the finished product, its use or such written or spoken copy as may be used in connection therewith.

FILMMAKER RELEASE - PLEASE INTIAL BELOW ONCE YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE RELEASE

I have read the Walnut Lane Film Festival Rules & Guidelines prior to this submission and accept and take full responsibility for the work submitted. I understand that any work may be rejected from this film festival if any of these Rules and Guidelines are not followed. In entering my work in the Walnut Lane Film Festival, the undersigned represents that I own all proprietary rights to the film submitted and that I have secured the rights, licenses, clearances and releases necessary for exhibition of my film, so that neither the Walnut Lane Film Festival, the Princeton Public School District, the Princeton Education Foundation, nor its representatives will be obligated to make any payment to any third party, and that the exhibition will not infringe or violate the rights of any firm, person or corporation. The undersigned shall indemnify, defend and hold the Walnut Lane Film Festival, the Princeton Public School District, and/or the Princeton Education Foundation and its representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses which may be incurred by reason of any breach of these representations, or arising out of any matter contained in the entry or otherwise by the Walnut Lane Film Festival’s use of the entry. By entering my work I give the Princeton Public School District, the Princeton Education Foundation, and the Walnut Lane Film Festival unlimited right to use the film, or any portion thereof, or any images contained in the film for screenings and in promotional materials, and to publish in print, electronic or digital form in perpetuity. I also give Princeton Education Foundation and the Walnut Lane Film Festival the right to use my name, likeness, biography and/or voice for promotional purposes, public relations, public information, student recognition or awards, instruction, distribution or sales where the proceeds benefit the Princeton Public School District, the Princeton Education Foundation, or the Walnut Lane Film Festival. I have also attached individual Actor’s Release Forms for each person that has a role in my film.
